Outer Shell: Available in Mild Steel or SUS304 (Encloses the flexible bellows entirely).

Inner Sleeve (Liner): SUS304 or SUS316 (Smoothes out fluid flow, prevents media turbulence, and protects the corrugations from high-velocity erosion).

Axial Movement: Yes (Primary function; absorbs compression and elongation along the longitudinal pipeline axis).

Lateral Movement: No (The rigid outer shell construction prevents lateral offset).

Angular Movement: No (The rigid structural configuration eliminates angular rotation or bending).

Heavy-Duty External Protection: The integrated outer shell shields the delicate thin-walled SUS316 bellows from mechanical impact, falling objects, welding splatter, and environmental hazards.

Over-Extension & Squirm Prevention: The outer shell assembly acts as a built-in safety limit, helping to prevent the bellows from over-extending, over-compressing, or buckling under high pressure (squirming).

Insulation Support: The shell provides a solid external surface, making it easy to apply thermal insulation over the expansion joint without compressing or interfering with the movement of the bellows underneath.
