Structure & Specifications

  • Composite hose made from polypropylene fabrics and films.
  • Abrasion-resistant PVC-coated fabric outer cover.
  • Reinforced with internal and external wire helixes.
  • Barrier layer for 100% aromatic hydrocarbons.
  • Optional rope lagging for external protection.
  • Inner Wire: Galvanised zinc coated mild steel.
  • Lining: Polypropylene Fabric.
  • Outer Cover: PVC Coated Terylene Weave Fabric.
  • Colour Code: Black/Blue outer cover with white/yellow stripe.
  • Outer Wire: Galvanised zinc coated mild steel.
  • Bore Diameter: 25–100 mm (1″–4″).
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 150 psi / 10 bar.

Safety & Electrostatic Dissipation Features

Electrical Resistance:

  • 2.5 Ohms/m for hose sizes < 2″.
  • 1.0 Ohms/m for hose sizes > 2″.

Movement

  • Maximum Elongation: 10% on proof pressure.
  • Maximum Twist: 10°/m.
